Great breakfast and friendly staff were the best aspects of my stay. The pool area was a nice bonus and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location was convenient, as it was walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. It was also nice to have a shared kitchen available for guest use.

The hidden costs of using the kitchen were disappointing, as it was not clearly stated in the description. It was also inconvenient that the kitchen was only available for use during specific hours for breakfast. while the stay had some positives, the experience was marred by these factors.

We had high expectations for this place, but unfortunately it fell short. Our room was comfortable, but the bathroom was not up to standards. While there was a pool, the rainy weather made it unusable. the breakfast was satisfactory, but not outstanding like some reviews suggested.

We were greatly disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding hidden fees when we arrived. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that there was an extra charge for kitchen use, especially considering the expensive restaurants in the area.

From the excellent breakfast every morning to the beautiful decor, everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, made my rainy days more bearable. every staff member was helpful and exceeded my expectations, especially Jaque from the reception. The hotel's location is ideal, and I received all the information I needed to explore this city.

The hotel had a really nice pool area and the breakfast spread was amazing. We also got to enjoy a beautiful view of the city from our room. the location was perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was also easy to find good places to eat nearby.

We were really disappointed by the hidden costs. We found out that the use of the kitchen was charged extra, which was not mentioned in the description.
